We verify age and identity before allowing real-money play. Don't try to get around this. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and any funds forfeited.
You may only hold one account at Extreme. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and will be closed. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information is grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your password with anyone. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].
We are required by law to verify your identity. This process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC), may require you to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. We may request these documents at any time, and we may restrict withdrawals until verification is complete. This isn't optional. It's a legal requirement under Canadian AML regulations.
All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (C$). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

We monitor accounts for suspicious activity. Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.
All games on Extreme use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes. Game results are independently tested and audited. The rules for each game are available within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between what's displayed on screen and our server records, our server records are the definitive source.
Malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical error affects a game outcome, we'll investigate and resolve it fairly, but we're not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
All content on extreme-canada.com, including logos, graphics, game content, and text, is owned by or licensed to Extreme. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of it without our written permission. Your account gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use our services for recreational purposes only.
To the extent permitted by Canadian law, Extreme is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of your province of residence. If you're in Ontario, disputes may be subject to the dispute resolution process established by iGaming Ontario.
If you have a complaint, contact our support team first at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the relevant regulatory body in your province.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or through a notice on the website. Continuing to use our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree, you should close your account.
You can close your account at any time by contacting support. We'll process any remaining balance subject to our verification requirements. We may also close or suspend your account if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we determine that continued operation of your account poses a risk to you or to the integrity of our platform.
